l. Information We Collect.

In our Contact and Brick Configurator forms, we require you to provide us with your full name, company, street address, city, state, zip code, phone number and other personal information. In the course of using our site, we automatically track certain information about you. This information includes the URL that you came from (whether that URL is on our site or not), which URL you go to next (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, your city or country, your company (or ISP) and your IP address. Most Internet sites today automatically collect this information to help them better evaluate the effectiveness of their site in reaching their intended audience.

In addition, we use cookies on certain pages of our site. Among other reasons, a cookie is necessary to allow you to add items to your shopping cart and continue shopping.. 2. Our Use of Your Information.

All information that we collect about you or your company is held confidentially within Fund Raisers, Ltd. Any company that Fund Raisers, Ltd. forms a partnership with must agree to this non disclosure of information before we will enter into a formal alliance with them, or in the event that they cannot by law agree to our privacy contract, then we will not allow them access to your personal information.

Unfortunately, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or other third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Fund Raisers, Ltd. uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. Please use caution, common sense and good judgment before you give out personal identifiable information to us, or any other Internet site.
